About the position

Join Intuit as a Senior Business Operations Manager within the Customer Success team, focusing on the ProTax Group business unit. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that enhance business growth and operational efficiency. As a key thought partner, you will collaborate with the Directors of PTG Customer Success and the Expert Network platform leadership team to ensure alignment and smooth execution of key initiatives across various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director of Customer Success, shaping and executing the 3 and 1-year strategy.
  • Assist the CS leadership team with prioritization, decision-making, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans aligned with PTG and Expert Network organizational goals.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop initiatives to streamline processes.
  • Oversee and optimize both strategic and day-to-day operations within the Customer Success organization.
  • Collaborate with functional areas such as sales, marketing, product, and finance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead a data team managing Customer Experience insights and analytics to support PTG Customer Success performance.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key programs, ensuring objectives are met on time.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure support for strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating to an executive audience.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage conflicting stakeholder interests.
