About the position

The Manager of Change Management and Expert Readiness at Intuit is responsible for leading efforts to develop and implement change and readiness processes that ensure the customer service team is equipped to deliver exceptional service. This role involves establishing and managing processes that facilitate rapid and scalable changes, advocating for expert readiness in product and process launches, and engaging with leadership to provide updates on readiness initiatives. The manager will oversee a team of change readiness leaders, managing their assignments and prioritizing change requests.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage processes and capabilities for change at speed and scale.
• Evangelize the importance of expert readiness in product and process launches.
• Engage with leadership to share status and insights related to readiness work.
• Lead a team of change readiness leaders, overseeing their work assignments.
• Manage capacity and prioritization of change requests.
• Develop strategies for best-in-class change and readiness experiences.
• Seek opportunities to improve the speed and clarity of change delivery.
• Ensure change and readiness practices are scalable and enduring.
• Partner, educate, and mentor teams on change management best practices.
• Identify and align key performance indicators for change management.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience leading change management efforts.
• Experience with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in managing tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels in the organization.
