About the position

The Manager 2, Change Management and Expert Readiness at Intuit is responsible for leading the development and implementation of change management processes to ensure that the customer service team is prepared to deliver exceptional service. This role involves managing a team of change readiness leaders, overseeing their work, and ensuring that expert readiness is integrated into product and process launches. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a focus on delivering quality outcomes efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage processes and capabilities for change management.
  • Evangelize the importance of expert readiness in product and process launches.
  • Engage with leadership to share status and insights related to readiness work.
  • Lead a team of change readiness leaders, overseeing work assignments and managing capacity.
  • Develop strategies for best-in-class change and readiness experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the speed and clarity of change delivery.
  • Ensure change and readiness practices are scalable and enduring.
  • Partner with teams to educate and mentor on change management best practices.
  • Identify and align key performance indicators for change management.
  • Remove roadblocks and coach team members.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading change management efforts.
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective task management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels in the organization.
  • Results-driven with strong team collaboration skills.
