Intuit is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Event Communications to join our Lifecycle Marketing and Operations team. This role is pivotal in setting the communications strategy for customer and prospect journeys across various marketing channels, including owned and industry partner events. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and insightful marketer with a strong interest in understanding audiences and designing tailored communication strategies to drive engagement and event attendance. In this position, you will develop cross-channel campaigns that integrate email, SMS, in-product messaging, and other channels to create a seamless customer experience. You will oversee the communication strategy for all events, ensuring that the team builds an optimal end-to-end journey that is repeatable and documented for scalability. Collaboration with key stakeholders, including event leads and the sales team, is essential to define targets and exceed goals through innovative approaches and rapid iteration of strategies. You will also be responsible for implementing test and learn strategies, such as A/B testing, to continuously improve event communication and optimize engagement. By leveraging insights from data analytics, you will segment audiences and tailor communications to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized event experiences. Performance analysis will be a key component of your role, as you will monitor and analyze the effectiveness of event communication campaigns and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
