About the position

The Engineering Manager for the CRM team at Intuit Mailchimp will lead and support a team of engineers focused on building tools that enhance the integration of Quickbooks and Mailchimp for small business customers. Responsibilities

• Lead and support an engineering team focused on CRM tools for Quickbooks and Mailchimp customers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams across Intuit to drive projects forward.
• Coach and develop individual contributors on the engineering team.
• Manage an inclusive team of high-performing engineers across multiple offices.
• Prioritize work with cross-functional squad leads and ensure the team has the necessary skills and size to meet goals.
• Remove roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
• Promote transparent and honest communication within the team and across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a technical leader of software engineering teams delivering customer-driven software products.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and design teams.
• Ability to handle challenging and ambiguous work situations with resilience.
• Commitment to fostering diverse perspectives and inclusive team culture.
• Experience in continuously reviewing and adjusting processes for efficiency.
