About the position

Intuit is seeking an Engineering Manager for Mailchimp, a leading marketing platform for small businesses. This role involves leading a team of software engineers to enhance the customer experience on mailchimp.com by designing and building infrastructure that supports global marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable managing a distributed team, and focused on continuous improvement of processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers.
• Participate in and cultivate a culture of direct, compassionate feedback.
• Engage in a results-oriented work style and encourage transparent communication.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and teamwork across various departments.
• Work with engineering leadership to iterate on the strategic MarTech Roadmap.
• Continually prioritize and assess the value proposition for deliverables.
• Experiment and create innovative, revenue-driving experiences on mailchimp.com.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, legal, analytics, and people teams.

Requirements

• Experience in managing software engineering teams and projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define processes and operations across a wide customer base.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and MarTech tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Contentful CMS.
• Familiarity with Gen AI for marketing.
• Experience implementing international solutions for websites, including localization and personalization.
