About the position

Intuit is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Mailchimp Partnerships Platform and API Core teams. This role involves leading a high-performing team of engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring quality across complex data ingestion capabilities. Responsibilities

• Support and lead the Partnerships Platform and API Core teams.
• Drive the technical strategy for platform teams impacting Mailchimp's data ingestion capabilities.
• Define processes and operations across a wide customer base.
• Cultivate a culture of direct, compassionate feedback within the team.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and teamwork habits.
• Coach and mentor team members in decision making and problem solving.
• Work with leadership to drive the technical and strategic roadmap in the API and Partnerships+Integrations space.
• Prioritize and assess the value proposition for deliverables.
• Encourage transparent communication and candid conversations around processes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Cloud Data Infrastructure (GCP / AWS).
