As a Manager 2 in Software Engineering on the Payments mobile team, you will be part of an innovative group that is responsible for creating the next generation of Intuit's payment and invoicing experiences. Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • 5+ years' experience as a technical leader of software engineering teams delivering customer-driven software products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change and empowering teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate product vision and drive future roadmap.
  • Passion for technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Expertise in software design and architecture processes.
  • Experience in driving 'mobile first' products.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferably experience working with global teams.
