About the position

The Business Operations Group Manager at Intuit is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency within the marketing department. This role acts as a strategic partner to the SVP of US Marketing, ensuring alignment across teams and optimizing operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of marketing strategies in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Marketing, managing key priorities and ensuring alignment across the team.
  • Assist the marketing leadership team with prioritization, decision-making, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the development of long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals and drive their successful implementation.
  • Identify areas of operational inefficiency and develop initiatives to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and seamless execution of strategies.
  • Use data analytics and performance metrics to inform business decisions and measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects, ensuring milestones are met and resources are optimized.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 9+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
