About the position

Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is seeking a Contact Center Operations Manager to lead the execution of customer acquisition and growth strategies for Small Business customers. This high-energy role operates in a fast-paced environment, focusing on operational excellence and process improvement across GBSG Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of customer acquisition and growth strategies through sales consultants.
  • Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Utilize key metrics to assess performance and identify priorities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement service delivery models, establishing performance metrics and staffing requirements.
  • Identify and lead large-scale strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Create and maintain an inclusive team environment that fosters high performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in customer experience and operations management.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational transformation and challenging the status quo.
  • Experience leading Direct Sales programs with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong talent management skills with a history of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
