About the position

Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is seeking an experienced Contact Center Operations Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of Small Business customers through a network of sales consultants. This high-energy role operates in a fast-paced, complex environment, focusing on operational excellence and process improvement across GBSG Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer acquisition and growth strategies for Small Business customers.
• Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across the sales organization.
• Utilize key metrics to assess performance and identify priorities for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies that align with company goals.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to deliver end-to-end business outcomes.
• Define service delivery models and establish performance metrics for operational KPIs.
• Identify and lead large-scale strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Create an inclusive team environment that empowers employees.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in customer experience, outsourcing management, and operations.
• Proven track record of driving organizational transformation and challenging the status quo.
• Experience leading Direct Sales programs with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven history of hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in developing compelling business cases for prioritization of work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
