About the position

Intuit is seeking an Engineering Leader to guide its CRM teams within the Mailchimp platform. This role involves leading a diverse organization of over 30 team members, including technical leaders and managers overseeing engineering teams. The Engineering Leader will be responsible for setting the vision, mentoring staff, and ensuring the delivery of integrated capabilities that enhance customer revenue and profitability. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to operational excellence in delivering customer-driven software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front line engineering managers and senior engineers to define their career paths and growth opportunities.
• Build an engineering culture and practices that enable high performance and scalability.
• Become an expert in customer needs and drive critical initiatives with measurable success metrics.
• Drive the development of next-generation Automations & Campaign Management experiences.
• Collaborate with product and design leads to prioritize work and identify innovation opportunities.
• Refine organizational structures to support strategic initiatives and remove roadblocks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical leader of software engineering teams delivering customer-driven software products.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional leaders including product, design, and marketing.
• Ability to handle challenging and ambiguous situations with resilience and patience.
