About the position

The Accolades Marketing Manager is a core role within the Forbes Accolades Marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing B2B customer acquisition and retention strategies that drive revenue. This role leads full funnel go-to-market (GTM) strategy, implementation and measurement across various channels including email, digital, social (organic and paid), content (articles, video), events, direct response and more. As the team’s email automation lead, this role owns all aspects of email campaigns, integrations and deployment, ensuring email marketing best practices are adhered to, optimizations meet/exceed benchmarks, and operational workflows are streamlined.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive demand, retention and awareness, that delivers on revenue and business goals
  • Collaborate with sales and functional leaders to develop messaging, design and segmentation
  • Leverage multiple marketing channels to reach desired audiences based on campaign goals including email, digital, social (organic and paid), content (articles, video), events, direct response and more
  • Maximize performance through effective copywriting; understand customer segmentation and each channel's unique requirements and best practices to inform strategy
  • Analyze and optimize demand generation and nurture campaigns that drive conversions and increased marketing metrics
  • Lead and manage development of marketing materials including website messaging and imagery, presentations, event assets and signage
  • Measure, track, evaluate and report on results to inform real-time and future optimizations that drive key marketing decisions to improve business performance
  • Continuously monitor and report on the overall email campaign metrics and gap-to-goal strategy to hit benchmarks
  • Test and learn, refine processes, and implement leading best practices using all available tools

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in B2B marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce
  • Direct experience with leading marketing automation systems (Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud a must) and Salesforce CRM
  • Proven success in developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns across multiple channels and marketing assets - presentations, websites, event signage
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making and effective marketing messaging
  • Experience leading project timelines with milestones and deliverables across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Deep knowledge of data, segmentation, marketing compliance, measurement and analysis
  • Self-starter who is intellectually curious, detail-oriented and customer journey focused
  • Highly collaborative, great communicator and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and other Executive level stakeholders to achieve common goals
