About the position

The Manager, Account Services for FIFA World Cup 26TM is responsible for executing a strategic service plan aimed at maximizing revenue from hospitality packages and premium experiences. This role requires extensive experience in sports sales/service, exceptional networking abilities, and a proven track record of providing outstanding service to sponsors and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest level of service for FIFA sponsors' commercial hospitality journey.
  • Prepare necessary sales materials and correspondence, fulfill package requirements, and oversee onsite delivery of the Affiliate Hospitality Program.
  • Maintain continuous communication with sponsors to manage expectations, gather feedback, and address specific requests or concerns.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on service KPI performance and market trends for senior management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in advanced Event, Hospitality, or Program Management.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale events and complex programs, ideally within a sports or significant public international event context.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities, skilled in nurturing relationships with high-value corporate sponsors.
  • Creative and strategic thinking to conceptualize and implement innovative hospitality solutions.
  • Robust financial acumen with competence in managing significant budgets and financial reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with various internal and external groups, including senior executives and VIPs.
  • Cultural competence to work effectively with diverse cultures and international clients.
