Providence Health Plan is seeking a Manager of Accounting, Statutory Reporting who will play a crucial role in overseeing all statutory financial reporting for the organization and its related entities. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location, although it is tied to a compensation range in Portland, Oregon. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all statutory financial reporting for Providence Health Plan and related entities.
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures for effective, accurate, and timely reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP, Regulatory).
  • Maintain strong internal controls within the accounting department.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to facilitate reporting processes.
  • Manage and develop accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Lead or supervisory/management experience.
