The primary responsibilities of the individual in this position will include, but are not limited to managing a team consisting of Senior associates and Entry level associates. The role involves reviewing work products of Senior associates and Entry level associates, researching complex tax and GAAP-related issues, and communicating with tax authorities. Additionally, the individual will communicate with clients regarding business, accounting, and tax-related issues, prioritize and schedule work for Senior associates and Entry level associates, and accept responsibility for the quality and efficiency of preparation of corporate and individual tax returns, Financial Statements, and Tax Research. The position also requires developing business contacts to generate new leads.
