About the position

The Manager - Accounts Receivable Business Expert for Project Burger at L'Oreal USA is a pivotal role focused on transforming the company's IT landscape while ensuring seamless business operations. This position involves leading the implementation of Blackline AR functionalities in alignment with broader business strategies and project objectives, fostering collaboration across various business units and IT teams. The role emphasizes project management excellence, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise to optimize accounts receivable processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Blackline related aspects of the Burger implementation.
  • Align Blackline AR functionality with L'Oréal USA/Canada's broader business strategy.
  • Identify and address implementation obstacles, providing viable solutions.
  • Define and implement processes for successful Blackline AR implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the Burger program.
  • Manage the project plan, tracking progress and expenditures.
  • Lead change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in project management, focusing on supply chain or IT implementations.
  • Prior experience with Blackline or similar AR reconciliation platforms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and supply chain operations.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in eCommerce and/or Retail environments is a significant plus.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
