About the position

This contract role is focused on maternity leave coverage for 18 weeks, requiring a data-driven performance marketer to optimize and scale Yieldstreet's performance marketing efforts. The position involves managing paid media, affiliate programs, and developing new acquisition strategies while analyzing campaign profitability. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, owning their domain and contributing to various marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage our media agency overseeing Search and Social
• Manage our affiliate marketing program and expand to new partners
• Build CAC/LTV models to determine campaign profitability
• Identify opportunities to expand our media footprint with new partners and channels
• Develop and deploy new creative for all advertising platforms
• Compile detailed analyses, set up A/B tests, and ensure accounts are hitting and exceeding acquisition targets
• Assist in budget allocation across initiatives
• Help with landing page optimization
• Generate reports for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Business/Marketing degrees a plus
• 6-8 years' experience in performance/acquisition marketing
• Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of marketing tracking pixels, UTM tags, and other attribution systems
• Superior interpersonal communication skills
• Proven skills in problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and priority setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
