About the position

As a Manager in the ADA Governance team at Prudential, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all digital assets comply with accessibility standards and regulations. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to uphold enterprise standards, maintain records, and advocate for compliance within the organization. You will be instrumental in the continuous improvement of the digital accessibility program, ensuring that Prudential's digital presence is inclusive and accessible to all users.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance and adherence to the Enterprise Standard for digital assets by collaborating with internal experts and the WCAG Executive Review Board.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and artifacts in alignment with the Enterprise Standard requirements.
  • Partner closely with Accountable Executives, Accessibility Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), control partners, product teams, testing teams, and application owners to provide comprehensive reports on program status to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Vendor Governance and Vendor Engagement Managers to implement strategic action plans for third-party content, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Oversee and manage the Governance SharePoint site, ensuring it serves as an effective resource for maintaining program integrity and accessibility information.
  • Act as a champion for the compliance framework, ensuring the integrity of the program through proactive engagement and advocacy.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in Program Management, with governance experience being a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a focused and goal-oriented team player.
  • Self-starter and problem solver, with a motivation to streamline and improve processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
