About the position

As the Manager of Advanced Analytics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including all VPs for Last Mile, Planning & Routing, to determine the essential capabilities our platform needs. Your leadership and analytical expertise will be critical in ensuring our last-mile delivery solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business product teams to identify, document, and communicate platform requirements.
• Analyze potential improvements, such as routing enhancements, to understand and predict their impact.
• Create intuitive and automated dashboards that effectively visualize business metrics and insights.
• Conduct thorough analyses to support decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
• Proven track record in advanced analytics and dashboard creation.
• Experience using SQL, Tableau, R, Python, and Power BI.
