About the position

The Manager, Advanced Analytics position at Connect involves leading strategic analysis of omni-channel campaigns for major advertisers. This role requires leveraging data tools to derive insights and communicate findings to stakeholders, contributing to the growth of Connect's in-house advertising business.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic analysis of omni-channel campaigns for large advertisers.
• Manage interpretation and analytics reporting for key insights and performance recommendations.
• Create and lead client-facing analysis, including presentations and calls.
• Perform hands-on analysis and conduct in-depth investigations with the team.
• Lead and execute end-to-end measurement projects and make actionable recommendations.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions.
• Contribute to building measurement/analytics tools and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing).
• 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy & analytics and measurement.
• Project management experience with high volume reporting/analyses requests.
• Experience in data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL, R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Datorama).
• Experience in omnichannel marketing, attribution, and ROI measurement.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced agile environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years' experience with media and marketing measurement.
• Experience with online advertising and measurement systems.
• Familiarity with advertising technology and programmatic ad buying platforms.
• Experience with project management platforms like Jira.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate test design.
