About the position

As the Manager of Affiliate & Influencer at Front Row, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative influencer and creator marketing strategies. This position requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to ideate, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You will collaborate with various teams to leverage your understanding of the influencer landscape, ensuring a data-driven approach to enhance brand affinity and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and oversee paid and organic influencer/creator marketing strategy for all key accounts.
  • Drive accelerated growth and build brand advocacy via influencer/creator led social and digital communications.
  • Manage relationship with Influencer & Affiliate platform representatives.
  • Lead all paid partner partnerships and campaigns, including contracts, negotiations, and content delivery.
  • Drive strategy and oversee 360 influencer/creator led paid social content.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to share insights and trends for data-driven strategies.
  • Key leader for all Affiliate Marketing initiatives.
  • Main point of contact for TikTok Shop activations and relationships.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with affiliates in the beauty & wellness categories.
  • Lead strategy and execution of optimizing affiliate programs and internal processes.
  • Propose fresh creative ideas while analyzing data and consumer trends.
  • Develop standards and best practices within influencer/creator marketing.
  • Support team professional development and growth.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of relevant Agency or Brand experience in communications, influencer/creator marketing, and PR.
  • Direct experience owning and operating high-growth influencer/creator programs.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Klear, Levanta, Rakuten, Impact, TikTok, TikTok Shop, and Meta.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity for collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven leadership in guiding and communicating with peers and team members.
  • Excellent self-drive, motivation, and emotional management skills.
  • Experience in managing director reports.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and prospects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growing client relationships and new business.
