About the position

The Marketing Manager, Affiliate Marketing at Newell Brands is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the affiliate marketing program. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills to optimize affiliate programs within the direct-to-consumer market, enhancing engagement and driving ROI throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and lead the tactical execution of the affiliate marketing program.
• Deliver performance-driven campaigns across multiple affiliate platforms and partnerships.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly affiliate performance reporting to monitor channel performance.
• Collaborate with martech and analytics teams for precise tracking of user attribution.
• Work with Brand Management, DTC, and Creative Design teams to align customer-facing messaging with brand priorities.
• Maintain the affiliate budget, including commissions and placement fees, while making performance-based recommendations.
• Test and identify best performing promotions and messages in the affiliate space.
• Research and monitor trends in the affiliate and commerce space.
• Establish and track KPIs to inform cross-functional partners on performance expectations.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the network.
• Foster relationships with existing affiliates to maximize their performance.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree
• 5+ years of DTC experience driving user acquisition
• Experience executing and managing paid campaigns on social and DSP platforms
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools
• Working knowledge of digital marketing KPIs
• Experience tracking and managing paid media budgets
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple lines of business
• Exceptional time management skills
• Demonstrate critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
