About the position

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team is tasked with leading global, cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. This role involves strategic planning, business operations, and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Product Activation leads.
  • Work with Global Product Activation team and the YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals.
  • Initiate, establish, and scale strategic initiatives, working with a broad stakeholder set.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, strategic change management, and overall communications.
  • Create a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or product strategy; or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or graduate degree.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience in consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for an organization.
  • Knowledge of the YouTube ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
