About the position

The Manager - Analytics & Insights role at Baringa involves leading projects that address clients' data challenges through effective project delivery and execution. This position is part of the Digital & AI practice, focusing on developing sustainable data capabilities tailored to client needs across various industries. The role includes business development responsibilities and mentoring team members to enhance their skills in solving client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design reporting and visualization solutions for clients with several data sources
• Design and implement data pipelines for distributed data sources
• Work with clients to upskill them and ensure they can take ownership after project completion
• Perform maturity assessments across clients' Cloud environments and recommend improvements
• Translate business requirements into solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational strategy and standards
• Help clients identify risks and mitigations
• Work with clients on data governance principles, including MDM, Data Lineage, and Data Security

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in professional services/consulting
• Experience in machine learning and technical delivery
• Expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau
• Competency in Python and SQL for analytics
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in a production environment
• Proven ability to deliver Data Visualization, Analytics, and Insights projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into solutions
• A master's degree in a technical discipline is helpful but not essential
• Demonstrated drive for continuous learning and skill development
