About the position

The Manager Architectural Sales is responsible for promoting and selling architectural interior products, specifically acoustical products, to new and existing clients in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. This full-time position involves managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring effective client interactions, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Market and sell acoustical products to new and existing customers, primarily designers and design firms, plus some architectural firms.
  • Focus on presale reliable and constructive client interaction.
  • Handle issues that may occur during the sales lifecycle.
  • Record daily progress on our CRM system.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline for all opportunities in the territory.
  • Work creatively to maximize progress of each client relationship and potential client relationship.
  • Meet key performance indicators set by management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven success selling architectural products in the San Francisco market.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
  • A strong drive for sales success and achievement.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
