The Manager of Associate Experience & Storytelling plays a pivotal role in communicating our brand narrative effectively across all channels, ensuring alignment with our associate engagement initiatives. This position is crucial for shaping the associate experience through compelling storytelling, project management, and collaboration across various business functions. In this role, you will collaborate with different departments to gather and highlight impactful stories that resonate with our brand values and mission. You will work closely with internal partners to maintain a consistent brand voice across all storytelling platforms, crafting narratives that engage and inspire our associates. Additionally, you will manage the associate experience through social media platforms, ensuring that our messaging reaches all audiences effectively. Project management is a key component of this position. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of initiatives. This includes providing support for cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and efficiency among teams. As the primary owner of the company's events and engagement calendar, you will ensure that all events and programs are well-promoted and monitored for success, gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Your role will not only focus on storytelling and project management but also on being a culture and company ambassador, embodying the values of Bath & Body Works and promoting a positive associate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and highlight impactful stories.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to maintain a consistent brand voice across all storytelling platforms.
  • Craft and articulate compelling stories that align with our brand values and mission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including HR, DEI, and Community Relations, to communicate engagement initiatives.
  • Manage associate experience through social media platforms.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide support for cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the company's events and engagement calendar.
  • Ensure all events and programs are well-promoted to all audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in storytelling, content creation, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of multimedia content development (video, graphics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Data Management & Reporting.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a retail environment.
