About the position

The Manager, Associate Sales Executives is responsible for leading and developing a team of Associate Sales Executives (ASEs) to drive new business and build relationships with prospective Owners. This role involves coaching ASEs through the sales process, setting performance goals, and collaborating with senior sales leadership to align sales strategies. The Manager ensures ASEs are effectively prospecting, closing sales, and transitioning new Owners smoothly to Account Executives and Owner Services, playing a critical part in their overall development within the NetJets sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Associate Sales Executives (ASEs) to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor and assess ASE performance, providing feedback, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Set clear expectations for lead generation, prospecting, and sales cycle progression, ensuring each ASE is following best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for market growth.
  • Facilitate communication between ASEs, Sales Executives, and other departments to ensure a seamless sales and handoff process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities within Salesforce.com and other tools.
  • Support ASEs in their travel to meet prospective Owners and participate in events.
  • Provide regular reporting on team performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to sales leadership.
  • Stay informed on NetJets products, services, and competitors to support ASEs in positioning NetJets effectively within the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales management, particularly in high-end or luxury markets.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, closing, and account management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support team activities, client events, and meetings.
  • Strong understanding of NetJets' full product line and its competitive landscape.
