Responsibilities
- Interprets information to quantify anticipated outcomes of supply chain decisions.
- Describes tasks associated with managing suppliers and logistics processes.
- Analyzes processes and offers recommendations based on business logic.
- Supports the development of business cases and project activities.
- Communicates confidently and influences team and business partners.
- Identifies areas for automation and assesses tasks for automation potential.
- Documents implementation plans and project performance measures.
- Identifies key roles and responsibilities within the team for talent management.
- Seeks help to implement process improvement ideas and applies continuous improvement methodologies.
- Leverages data analysis tools to explore and influence strategic work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field + 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
- 4 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, or a related area.

- Project Management: Ability to oversee and coordinate projects effectively.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing workflows.
- Familiarity with aviation industry standards, FAA regulations, or drone technology.
