About the position

Calibrate is seeking a Manager, B2B Marketing to enhance its marketing team. This role focuses on developing strategies to effectively communicate the value of Calibrate's products to B2B prospects. The ideal candidate will manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and create B2B marketing materials while collaborating with various departments to support commercial client expansion and member enrollment.

Responsibilities

  • Build B2B integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand for brand awareness and new opportunities.
  • Assist with frameworks for buyer personas, segmentation models, positioning, and messaging to inform marketing and sales.
  • Build outreach sequences from B2B campaigns for TOFU outreach.
  • Implement sales enablement strategies to optimize and automate campaigns.
  • Create and manage commercial content and updates for the organization, including presentations, demos, and sales materials.
  • Manage commercial events and tradeshows in collaboration with the commercial sales team to drive lead generation.
  • Interact directly with prospects, clients, and partners to build awareness of Calibrate and drive projects forward.
  • Manage projects related to commercial sales development and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with stakeholders to define systems and strategy for revenue teams, including sales process alignment and technology management.
  • Build and manage framework for HubSpot and Salesforce connectivity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, B2B event marketing, sales enablement, or similar roles.
  • Industry awareness of healthcare, SaaS, technology, or employer services.
  • Proficient in writing medium-form content and creating presentations for sales teams, including compelling storytelling.
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with quick pivots and fluid planning cycles.
  • Enthusiasm for connecting with clients and partners and a passion for excellence.

Benefits
