About the position

As a Manager at AmeriShine Car Wash, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Bossier City/Shreveport location. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our car wash runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers. You will manage employee staffing, utilizing state-of-the-art computer-driven entry systems and a fully automated conveyor car wash. While industry experience is welcomed, it is not a requirement; what is essential is your dependability and willingness to grow with the company. You will interact with customers in a positive and friendly manner, demonstrating your aptitude for people management and situational leadership. Your role will involve training, coaching, and developing employees and team leaders, ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively and that team members are held accountable for their performance. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, product quality, property cleanliness, and security. Motivating your team to meet quality, speed, and sales goals will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will staffing and scheduling appropriately to control labor costs. You will also ensure that cash handling and deposit procedures are followed correctly, manage the flow of cars to reduce wait times, and be willing to learn how to conduct minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in customer service
  • 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • 4 years of experience in a car wash environment
  • Strong cash handling skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
