About The Position

The Manager of Brand Finance for Personal Care & Pro at Revlon serves as a strategic finance business partner to the brand leadership team. This role is responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring all financial aspects of the business, including sales, trade spend, and cost of goods sold. The position requires providing financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of finance experience, with 2-4 years in Consumer Products.
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes/Oxley compliance.
  • Strong systems experience, particularly in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Hyperion.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly P&L review with cross-functional teams and provide profitability insights.
  • Analyze results and explain key P&L drivers for the period compared to forecast, budget, and prior year.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans in collaboration with various teams.
  • Analyze proposed advertising and promotional spend with ROI analytics to inform decisions.
  • Support commercialization and go-to-market analysis, controlling trade rate investment.
  • Monitor brand/category marketplace performance and recommend actions based on insights.
  • Establish MSRP and category pricing in conjunction with Brand Management and Customer Planning.
  • Support New Product Development by developing forecasts and analyzing project return metrics.
  • Optimize portfolio assortment based on performance and market trends.
  • Provide analytical support for profitable growth strategies at product and brand levels.
  • Optimize gross margin through pricing, mix management, and cost improvements.
  • Liaise with Operations Finance to summarize impacts of standard costs and manufacturing variances.
  • Manage and optimize working capital, including inventory management.
  • Foster collaborative relationships within finance and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify gaps and lead improvement projects with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and external procedures and audits.
  • Participate in S&OP activities reviewing demand forecasts against financial forecasts.
  • Perform strategic reviews of brands and key contracts.
