About the position

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth, the Manager, Brand Marketing is responsible for driving awareness and long term growth of our brand through brand marketing and media campaigns, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and event activations. You will manage a team of brand marketers and work closely with the Acquisition, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing teams, and Business Development, to broaden the reach of our brand messaging. You are a continuous learner with a hunger for knowledge. You approach challenges as opportunities to improve. You value team members’ input from all levels and you actively seek ways to support your colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes team objectives and key results including success criteria and KPIs for all brand marketing efforts.
  • Drive and maintain a cohesive social media strategy by providing guidelines for storytelling, developing dynamic content, increasing engagement, and reaching bigger audiences on various platforms.
  • Leads the development of brand marketing campaigns and storytelling to drive awareness, engagement, positive sentiment, and loyalty of our brand to new and expanded audiences.
  • Develops media campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Director, Growth.
  • Collaborates with the Business Development team to identify and create new partner relationships and opportunities that creates awareness across new markets.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Make sure the brand message is consistent across all marketing channels.
  • Work with product development: Ensure new products align with the brand message.
  • Build relationships: Maintain relationships with company stakeholders, influencers, journalists, and media outlets.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define brand guidelines that reflect our values and ensure proper brand messaging and alignment across various marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional brand marketing and partnership teams and strategies across customer segments.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a brand marketing or related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or a similar field.
  • Strong background in brand marketing project management processes.
  • Strong leadership abilities, self-motivated, and goal oriented to drive growth while motivating others to do the same.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain key partner relationships and clearly communicate strategies across the organization.
  • Strong understanding of design tools such as Figma, Adobe, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing effective brand marketing campaign strategies.
