About the position

The Unshackled Brand Manager at The Prisoner Wine Company (TPWC) will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's long-term strategy and leading key business initiatives. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand equity, manage P&L, and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with consumers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand building and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand planning and strategy for the Unshackled brand.
• Share responsibility for achieving volume, share, and profit objectives with P&L accountability.
• Build brand equity through innovative consumer and trade strategies, including pricing, packaging, and advertising.
• Create insights-based strategic innovation plans for short- and long-term success.
• Conduct ongoing business and competitive analyses, providing recommendations to Senior Management.
• Collaborate with sales partners to develop marketing programs and identify business expansion opportunities.
• Liaise with international teams to ensure consistency in brand strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in CPG, Beverage Alcohol industry, or similar marketing roles.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of project management.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and evaluate them in the context of brand strategy.
• Business acumen with strong analytical skills, including trend analysis and quantitative data utilization.
• Experience in developing and managing brand plans to successful execution.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with syndicated databases (IRI or Nielsen) and custom databases.
• Proficient PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong developer of people and talent.
