About the position

The Manager of Brand Marketing at Lowe's will collaborate with Brand Marketing leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand engagement and achieving business KPIs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing consumer insights, and managing small agile marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives across the marketing calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Lead 1-2 assistant managers and a small agile team to develop effective marketing strategies and action plans that meet critical KPIs.
  • Analyze and interpret data, including merchandising P&L data, to build annual and quarterly objectives and strategies to grow sales.
  • Refine the annual marketing calendar in collaboration with senior management to drive category sales and brand development.
  • Build promotional strategies with pricing partners and merchants based on customer value and competitive actions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop product launches and associated marketing support.
  • Develop visual merchandising support plans to align in-store experiences with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of marketing programs against goals and objectives quarterly and annually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of overall marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of brand or integrated marketing leadership experience for consumer brands or retailers.
  • 2 years of strong business acumen and experience running a P&L or working alongside P&L owners.
  • 2 years of experience writing strategic briefs and leading brand marketing or integrated teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of experience leading brand or category work at a retailer or CPG company.
