About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager (BMM) at Red Bull is responsible for leading regional marketing efforts to enhance sales and product consumption while fostering brand loyalty. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans based on consumer insights and guiding a team of specialists to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional marketing efforts to drive sales and product consumption.
  • Develop beverage marketing plans informed by consumer insights.
  • Build and lead a local '360' marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
  • Leverage national programming to drive sales in regional retail accounts.
  • Create custom retail programming in collaboration with Key Accounts and Product Marketing teams.
  • Oversee regional sampling and collegiate marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with regional Sports, Culture, and Communications teams.
  • Ensure local brand efforts align with national/global strategy.
  • Develop measurable marketing objectives for the region.
  • Execute event barters and custom programs in partnership with Sales teams.
  • Lead all regional product launches and cross-functional plans.

Requirements

  • Project management experience delivering projects from ideation to execution.
  • Experience presenting and facilitating trainings and meetings.
  • Success in collaborative and creative environments.
  • Collegiate marketing and sampling experience is a plus.
