About the position

The role involves assisting the brand manager in media planning and coordinating all modes of marketing communication and promotion execution across various mediums, including Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) strategies such as print, outdoor, radio, launches, events, exhibitions, activations, and trade meets. The candidate will be responsible for innovatively ideating and executing various marketing collaterals required for projects while adhering to prescribed budgets, quality standards, and timelines. Additionally, the role includes developing and executing customer studies, acting as the single point of contact for product queries from Sales/CRM during events and activations, and ensuring timely communication of necessary information to relevant stakeholders. The candidate will also liaise with agencies regarding briefs and campaign planning, ideate marketing initiatives and programs, and continuously build a pool of marketing vendors capable of executing various jobs as per requirement. Furthermore, the role requires feeding the Brand Manager with real-time information from primary and secondary research to facilitate decision-making for the business, tracking brand-related expenditures against budgets, and creating regular Marketing MIS to monitor performance against set KPIs and ROI.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's in business management
  • 5-6 years of experience
  • FMCG background or Creative Agency experience preferred.
