About the position

The Manager, Brand Marketing at McCormick will be responsible for implementing brand strategy and managing the development and activation of fully integrated marketing campaigns for the McCormick brand in North America. This role involves leading the execution of marketing plans to reach target audiences, drive brand awareness, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create impactful brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new ideas based on brand strategy to drive engagement and relevancy for the McCormick brand.
• Work with external agencies and internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with consumer insights and business objectives.
• Deliver brand projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with various teams to execute marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or closely related field
• Demonstrated experience working on integrated marketing campaigns for large consumer brands
• Sound understanding of modern marketing channels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail in project execution
