About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans to drive the business. This role involves creating campaign strategies and ensuring alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy and channel strategies. The position oversees brand assets from concept to creation for specific campaigns and supports multiple marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to drive the business.
  • Manage omnichannel campaigns with high visibility.
  • Develop marketing strategy briefs and requests for campaign collateral.
  • Ensure channel strategies are aligned with content approach.
  • Facilitate team planning and content development for project workflows.
  • Host and lead cross-functional team meetings to approve direction.
  • Identify ways to optimize processes and workflows for quality content.
  • Review, edit, and approve all marketing content and assets prior to release.
  • Partner with the Creative Team to deliver strategy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing.
  • Experience developing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with external agencies and media channels.
  • Understanding of representing retail and consumer brands across communication channels.
  • Skilled at working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of organization and self-motivation.
  • Ability to manage uncertainty and change positively and flexibly.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
