About the position

The Manager of Brand Media (Paid Social) at Coach is responsible for the day-to-day management, implementation, and performance of Paid Social and Channel Expansion brand media campaigns. This role focuses on driving brand awareness and relevance among younger consumers in North America, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation Media. The successful candidate will manage a direct report and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective media planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Paid Social and Channel Expansion media campaigns for Demand Generation.
  • Support in developing media plans to drive awareness and consideration for Coach.
  • Ensure adherence to budget and manage billing for respective channels.
  • Manage creative briefing and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Partner with organic social teams to identify content creation opportunities.
  • Oversee custom content workstreams, including influencer content.
  • Ensure timely implementation of media plans and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize content strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure KPIs and identify optimizations.
  • Support the creation of presentation materials to communicate media plans and performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience supporting media campaigns with a multi-million dollar annual budget.
  • Solid understanding of testing and measurement methodologies including A/B tests and brand lift studies.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and superior communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with brand media metrics (CPM, CPA, CPC, VTR & engagement KPIs).
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
