About the position

The Manager of Brand Media (Paid Social) at Coach is responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of Paid Social and Channel Expansion brand media campaigns. This role focuses on driving brand awareness and relevance among younger consumers in North America, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation Media. The position involves planning, budgeting, creative content management, implementation, performance tracking, and evolving capabilities in media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Paid Social and Channel Expansion media campaigns for Demand Generation.
  • Support in developing media plans to drive awareness and consideration for Coach.
  • Ensure adherence to budget and manage billing for respective channels.
  • Manage creative briefing and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Partner with organic social team and agency for content creation and paid boosting.
  • Oversee custom content workstreams, including influencer/creator content.
  • Ensure timely implementation of media plans and testing with media agency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize content and linking strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure KPIs and identify optimizations.
  • Monitor sentiment of paid social ads and derive insights.
  • Create compelling presentations to communicate media plans and performance.
  • Support in expanding into new media channels and evolve reporting and insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in media campaigns with a multi-million dollar budget.
  • Solid understanding of testing and measurement methodologies including A/B tests.
  • Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and superior communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Experience with brand media metrics (CPM, CPA, CPC, VTR & engagement KPIs).
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Passion for culture (music, entertainment, sports) is a plus.
  • Experience within retail or luxury is a big plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant additional experience.
