About the position

The Senior Associate Brand Manager for Honey Maid & Nilla at Mondelēz International is responsible for the strategic growth and delivery of the Mondelez Seasonal Portfolio. This role focuses on driving rapid change and growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams, executing brand strategies, and managing commercial business plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Manager by leading business critical innovation, commercialization, and renovation projects.
• Lead new launches, including commercialization and post-launch tracking, in collaboration with insights and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Finance to develop and execute PPA strategy, including new count sizes, pricing, and margin improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop selling stories and foster partnerships with key strategic customers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop long-term capacity plans to drive growth.
• Conduct independent analysis and partner with consumer insights to understand consumer and category dynamics for relevant innovation across channels.
• Own social media strategy and work with cross-functional teams to create a growth plan for Honey Maid and Nilla.
