About the position

The Brand and Product Marketing Manager at Royal Caribbean Group is responsible for the strategic planning and development of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at achieving sourcing, revenue, and brand awareness goals. This role involves launching new ships, destinations, and guest experiences while ensuring differentiation from competitor brands. The manager will oversee project leads and account executives to meet campaign milestones and evaluate marketing tactics for effectiveness and adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product development and programmatic departments to identify marketable opportunities and create strategic cross-channel marketing plans.
  • Devise timing and approach for campaign development, guiding project leads to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Set measurable KPIs for campaigns and analyze their effectiveness in the market.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and propose innovative marketing solutions to address market challenges.
  • Utilize product knowledge to understand interdependencies and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
  • Foster strong relationships with team and channel leaders to enhance collaboration and investment in shared goals.
  • Advocate for marketable features in new products during the development process.
  • Explore and evolve new product launch strategies to engage expanding and new audiences.
  • Provide regular product updates to North America and International markets.
  • Deliver weekly reporting and status updates to supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a creative team.
  • Experience in directing and coordinating workflow among Go To Market team members and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in launching new and revamped consumer products.
  • Ability to document and convey feedback effectively between creative groups.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels including web, digital media, social, out of home, email, and print.
  • Strong critical decision-making and communication skills.
  • Understanding of consumer and brand research.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and procedures proactively.
  • Experience with project management software for timeline management.
  • Expertise in creating engaging, concise, and fact-based presentations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Experience with print, digital, and CGI assets.
