About the position

Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Client Services professional to join a newly formed team that supports both domestic and international Emerging Brands. This role focuses on providing technical guidance and optimizing advertising performance for a diverse set of high-growth advertisers on Walmart's advertising platforms. The Client Services Manager will leverage a data-driven approach to advise clients and Sales teams on the best advertising products and tactics to meet their business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with Sales teams to plan, execute, and measure advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to Walmart Connect's best practices throughout the digital campaign life cycle.
  • Support a broad scope of products including Onsite Display, Offsite (Walmart DSP), Social, and various In-Store activations.
  • Build and deliver media plans for new client opportunities using strategic insights and best practices.
  • Provide forecasting support to help advertisers understand available ad inventory.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign maintenance, including addressing internal and external questions regarding campaign implementation and performance.
  • Facilitate Walmart proprietary audience building strategy and recommendations.
  • Work with trafficking teams to ensure accurate tracking for campaigns.
  • Assist with creative asset support and regularly consult sales teams on performance insights and optimizations.
  • Analyze accounts and campaigns for optimization opportunities to achieve or exceed KPIs.
  • Maintain monthly/quarterly KPIs and metrics, identifying opportunities and risks, and providing business insights.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to define metrics and measure campaign success using internal analytics.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts fluidly across functions.
  • Build playbooks and best practice guides to enable a scaled service model.
  • Attend ad hoc client calls to provide technical support and subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, including Search/Sponsored Products, Display, Video, and Performance advertising.
  • Knowledge of marketplace dynamics and automated platforms (self-serve, DSPs, API partners).
  • Strong focus on efficiency and throughput of requests to ensure accountability and measurability.
  • Experience building structured operational processes and workflows.
  • Ability to lead day-to-day relationships and work with management and multifunctional teams.
  • Excellent follow-through and accountability across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Capability to work proactively under pressure and handle multiple ad hoc requests.
  • Tactical and strategic thinker to influence clients' investment in Walmart's advertising platform.

  • Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Project Management Certification.

  • Experience with Statistical Programming Languages.
