About the position
The Manager, Business Application Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Business Applications Management team at Contexture. This role focuses on ensuring that the company's business applications are effectively configured to enhance workflow and productivity across teams. The manager will also lead service improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize the performance of services and applications, ultimately delivering greater value to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily activities of the Business Applications Management team.

- Drive ongoing service improvement activities.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the performance of services and business applications.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement improvements in business applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing business applications and IT service management.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and workflow optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze and improve service performance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
