About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in a role focused on store operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in store operations or in developing and utilizing an inventory management system. This position requires a collaborative approach, as you will be working with cross-functional teams to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues while recommending and implementing effective strategies. You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and exceptions, driving improvements in results and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
• Diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex operational issues, recommending and implementing strategies for resolution.
• Analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results.
• Assist in the development, training, and assignment of work/projects to team members in an indirect management capacity.
• Utilize business analytical skills to facilitate requirements sessions and document activity workflows and business requirements.
• Prioritize and organize multiple projects, tracking details and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years experience in store operations or inventory management systems.
• At least 2 years of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues.
• Experience using business analytical skills, including facilitating requirements sessions and documenting workflows.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing strategies for resolution.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to meet department goals.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• At least 1 year of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in a Pharmacy.
• Advanced degree in Math or Statistics.
• Experience using the Walgreens SIMS system.
• Knowledge of Computer Programming.

Benefits

• Salary range of $102,800 - $164,400, salaried.
