As a Manager of Business Development at Klook, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring high-potential suppliers and integrating them into the Klook platform. This involves supporting the onboarding of products and coordinating with various teams, including operations, content, editorial, and quality control, to ensure a seamless experience for our partners. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with these partners to maximize their sales potential across Klook's diverse distribution platforms. You will communicate Klook's business strengths, brand value, and differentiation to suppliers, while maintaining dedicated market accounts that emphasize price competitiveness, seasonal promotions, and bundling suggestions. In addition to acquisition and account management, you will be responsible for the continuous optimization of product quality, ensuring that pricing, inventory, and content remain at a market-leading position. This requires close collaboration with various functions within the company, including marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to enhance efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction, and finance to ensure accurate payments and minimize risks. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential competencies in our fast-paced environment. You will also support vertical and market leaders by identifying market trends and providing ongoing research and feedback on market and competitor updates. As a leader, you will supervise your assigned team to deliver tangible results in all these areas, ensuring success in achieving product portfolio and sales targets, as well as other strategic KPIs agreed upon with the senior team.
