The Manager of Business Development at Klook is responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing partner relationships within the travel and experiences sector. Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to existing merchants, driving engagement and retention.
  • Negotiate with existing merchants to drive revenue growth through promotions, marketing exposure, and partner programs.
  • Build trust and relationships with partners to enhance their sales potential across Klook's platforms.
  • Apply key account management principles to nurture and expand relationships with priority merchants.
  • Contribute to quarterly strategic planning and improvement initiatives aimed at achieving supply strength metrics goals.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal functions to maximize sales and ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Mastery in advanced sales techniques and deal-making, including complex negotiations and strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key merchants and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges and address sophisticated merchant needs at a senior level.
