Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a significant business management functional area and overall operation of a diverse group.
  • Ensure an integrated approach with other business management areas and the broader organization.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement a holistic strategy for the business management function.
  • Oversee and manage work activities that require alignment across multiple areas.
  • Lead the team in the development and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures across multiple functional areas.
  • Act as a strategic partner by leading relationships with key enterprise partners and interfacing with respective leadership teams.
  • Forecast programs and initiatives, coordinating prioritization with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure team adheres to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to business management activities.
  • Support the team in staying knowledgeable on emerging issues and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the overall team, providing leadership and guidance, and setting targets and objectives.
