About the position

The Business Operations Manager for Interventional Oncology at Johnson & Johnson will oversee the contracting and financial processes related to partnership opportunities in the field of cancer treatment. This role is crucial in ensuring that operational efficiencies are achieved while maintaining compliance and fostering strong relationships with external partners. The manager will collaborate with various teams to develop strategic processes and metrics that enhance the effectiveness of operations within the Interventional Oncology initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the contracting and financial processes associated with Interventional Oncology partnership opportunities.
  • Provide creative solutions for contracting and negotiation needs.
  • Manage workloads to prioritize projects effectively.
  • Assist Business Operation leaders in building processes and establishing metrics for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Interventional Oncology Business Partners, Legal, HCC, and procurement to reach acceptable outcomes.
  • Track metrics and measure operational efficiencies of Interventional Oncology.
  • Maintain systems to track contract requests and financial obligations.
  • Support financial processes by partnering with Finance and Business Operations members.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational process improvements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Six or more years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is required.
  • Prior experience managing contracting and financial processes is required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
  • People management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to interact at the senior level in the organization is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal collaboration and team skills are required.
